Two days after the injury, as doctors advised complete rest, and the bicyclist swung in and out of consciousness, he dreamed of a field. At first the field was empty, except for a couple of numbers which moved slowly across, and the bicyclist felt at peace. He watched the numbers with interest and curiosity. Then another number appeared on the field, and another, and yet another. The field became progressively full with numbers, all moving, all with different sizes and colours. The tension increased. With increasing angst, which reached desperation, the bicyclist sought for the key to unlock this field of numbers.
Abruptly, the field cleared and the tension evaporated. Then a couple of new numbers appeared on the field. The cycle began over.
This is the origin of the game Concussions.
